How do I pay a bill?

If you need to add billers before you pay a bill, find out how. Once you add your biller(s), you are now ready to make a payment.

To pay a bill online:

  • In the Payments section on the dashboard, select Bill Payment and find the biller you want to pay
  • Select Pay
  • Input the amount you want to pay
  • Select or input your estimated delivery date
  • Choose the account you want to pay from
  • When everything looks correct, select Pay

A confirmation message shows all the details of your payment, including your payment delivery method. If you need to add a note about this payment, add one and select Save. Select Done to go back to the Payments section and your scheduled payment is shown under the Activity tab.

To pay a bill on your mobile device with your billers already added into your account:

  • Log in to the mobile app with your username and password, facial recognition or fingerprint
  • Once you are authenticated, tap on the Bill pay shortcut at the top of the home page or you can tap the Pay & transfer navigation tab at the bottom of the screen and then tap Bill pay within the Pay section
  • Under the Pay Bills tab and within the My billers section, find the biller you want to pay
  • Select Pay
  • Input the amount you want to pay
  • Select your estimated delivery date
  • Choose the account you want to pay from
  • When everything looks correct, select Pay
